AusPass ("the app") is developed by Mykola Kotliarenko. This privacy policy explains how the app handles your information.
AusPass does not collect, store, or share any personal data. All your study progress, exam results, and preferences are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us or any third party.

Study progress, exam history, user preferences, and custom flashcards are stored locally. This data is not accessible to us or any third party.
All data is stored locally for as long as the app is installed. If you delete the app, the data is removed. Data may persist in device backups managed by Apple.
The only external communication is through Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases, handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.
AusPass is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any data from children or anyone else.
Since we do not collect personal data, data subject rights are not exercisable against us. You can delete all locally stored data via "Reset All Progress" in Settings, or by deleting the app.
If you believe your privacy rights have been infringed, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or call 1300 363 992.
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL.
