UKPass ("the app") is developed by Mykola Kotliarenko. This privacy policy explains how the app handles your information.
UKPass does not collect, store, or share any personal data. All your study progress, exam results, and preferences are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us or any third party.

UKPass does not collect or process any personal data. All data generated through your use of the app is stored exclusively on your device and is not accessible to us. As no personal data processing occurs by us as the data controller, no lawful basis under Article 6 of the UK GDPR is required.

This data is not accessible to us or any third party. It is not transmitted over the internet.
All app data is stored locally on your device for as long as the app is installed. We do not retain any data on servers or cloud systems. If you delete the app, the data in the app's sandboxed storage is removed by iOS. Note that data may persist in device backups (iCloud or local backups) managed by Apple, which are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
UKPass does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services.
The only external communication the app makes is through Apple's StoreKit framework for in-app purchases. Apple (not us) receives purchase transaction data including Apple ID and payment information. We receive only an anonymised purchase receipt confirming whether premium has been unlocked. This is handled entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
We do not transfer any personal data outside the United Kingdom. Apple may process purchase-related data internationally in accordance with their own privacy policy and data transfer mechanisms.
UKPass is rated 4+ on the App Store. It does not knowingly collect any data from children or anyone else. The app is designed with privacy by default — it does not profile users of any age, does not implement age estimation, and does not use data in ways that could be detrimental to children. The app complies with the principles of the UK Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code).
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing.
Since UKPass does not collect, process, or store any personal data on our servers or systems, these rights are not exercisable against us — we hold nothing to access, correct, or delete.
You can delete all locally stored data at any time using the "Reset All Progress" option in the app's Settings, or by deleting the app from your device.
If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
