By downloading, installing, or using AusPass ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description

AusPass is a study tool to help users prepare for the Australian Citizenship Test, based on "Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond" published by the Department of Home Affairs.

2. Not an Official Government Product

AusPass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs. It does not guarantee passing the test.

3. Content Accuracy

We endeavour to keep content accurate. However, facts can change. Always refer to the official handbook and homeaffairs.gov.au.

4. In-App Purchases

One-time premium unlock: AUD $9.99 (prices may vary by region)
No subscriptions or recurring charges
Restore purchase available via Apple ID
Refunds handled by Apple per their refund policy

All questions, study notes, and explanations are copyright © Mykola Kotliarenko. "Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond" is an Australian Government publication. AusPass does not intentionally reproduce handbook passages verbatim.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (AUD $9.99). We are not liable for failing the citizenship test. Your statutory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

8. Apple's Standard EULA

Use is also governed by Apple's Standard EULA.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance, except where changes materially reduce your rights for an existing purchase.

10. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in effect.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
