Why did my exam result say "NOT YET — Values"? The Australian Citizenship Test requires all 5 values questions to be correct, even if your overall score is 75% or higher. AusPass enforces the same rule so you know when you're truly ready.
How do I restore a previous purchase on a new device? Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Does AusPass collect my data? No. All study data stays on your device. No accounts, analytics, or tracking.
Is this the official test? No. AusPass is a study tool. Book the official test at immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/citizenship.
Who writes the questions? All 500 questions are original, written against the publicly available "Our Common Bond" resource booklet. The official test's question pool is confidential and not used here.
