Common questions
- How do I book the real Life in the UK test? The official booking site is gov.uk/life-in-the-uk-test. UKPass is a study tool only — it does not book, deliver, or mark the official test.
- What does the readiness score mean? A single 0–100 number combining your recent exam results, chapter coverage, spaced repetition retention, and study consistency. When it reaches 85 or above, you're ready to book with confidence.
- How do I restore a previous purchase on a new device? Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
- Does UKPass collect my data? No. All study data stays on your device. No accounts, no analytics, no third-party services.
- Is UKPass affiliated with the Home Office? No. UKPass is an independent study tool based on the publicly available "Life in the United Kingdom: A Guide for New Residents" handbook. The official test question pool is confidential and not used here.
- Is the content up to date? Yes. Questions are checked against the current edition of the handbook, with known factual updates (King Charles III, post-Brexit status, Commonwealth membership) already built in. Content version is displayed in Settings.
