Common questions

How do I book the real Life in the UK test? The official booking site is gov.uk/life-in-the-uk-test. UKPass is a study tool only — it does not book, deliver, or mark the official test.
What does the readiness score mean? A single 0–100 number combining your recent exam results, chapter coverage, spaced repetition retention, and study consistency. When it reaches 85 or above, you're ready to book with confidence.
How do I restore a previous purchase on a new device? Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Does UKPass collect my data? No. All study data stays on your device. No accounts, no analytics, no third-party services.
Is UKPass affiliated with the Home Office? No. UKPass is an independent study tool based on the publicly available "Life in the United Kingdom: A Guide for New Residents" handbook. The official test question pool is confidential and not used here.
Is the content up to date? Yes. Questions are checked against the current edition of the handbook, with known factual updates (King Charles III, post-Brexit status, Commonwealth membership) already built in. Content version is displayed in Settings.
